AIH considers requests for grant funding two times each year (Spring and Fall), and gives preference to requests that align with its strategic priorities. The strategic plan is a living document and can be found by clicking here: 2030 Strategic Plan and 2026 Objectives & Tactics.
Grant Application Process
Request LOI Invitation
Access to our Letter of Inquiry (LOI) online portal is sent by invitation only. Ardmore Institute of Health only considers requests from organizations designated by the IRS as 501(c)(3) public charities, or from government agencies.
For consideration of an invitation to submit an LOI, your project MUST align with AIH Strategic Priorities and meet the eligibility requirements, please click here to request an LOI invitation. Please note that each cycle has specific date requirements outlined below.
Grant Cycle Key Dates
Spring 2024 Grant Cycle Key Dates:
LOI Invitation Request Form submissions will be reviewed September 25, 2023 - October 30, 2023. Any submissions received after October 30, 2023 will be considered for the next grant cycle. Upon receiving your request, our team will review to determine your eligibility and whether to extend an invitation to submit an LOI. You can expect to receive a response from our Grants Manager. LOIs will be released only to those invited.
LOI Released (to those invited): November 6, 2023
LOI Due: December 6, 2023
LOI Decisions Announced: January 19, 2024
Full Grant Application Due: March 20, 2024
Decisions Announced: May 6, 2024
Fall 2024 Grant Cycle Key Dates:
LOI Invitation Request Form submissions will be reviewed April 15, 2024 - May 6, 2024. Any submissions received after May 6, 2024 will be considered for the next grant cycle. Upon receiving your request, our team will review to determine your eligibility and whether to extend an invitation to submit an LOI. You can expect to receive a response from our Grants Manager. LOIs will be released only to those invited.
LOI Released (to those invited): May 13, 2024
LOI Due: June 12, 2024
LOI Decision Announced: July 12, 2024
Full Grant Application Due: August 7, 2024
Decisions Announced: October 7, 2024
Application Process
If you are invited to submit an LOI, the following process will occur:
Step 1: Complete and Submit a Letter of Intent Form
AIH Grants Manager will send you an email with pertinent details to get started
Complete and submit a LOI form via our online grants portal.
We will review your LOI, and may ask for a follow-up conversation.
Step 2: Complete a Full Grant Application
If we approve your LOI, we will invite you to complete a full grant application via our online grants portal.
