Matrix on Medical Payment Models’ Alignment With Lifestyle Medicine - Physician Incentives

The matrix uses the physician competencies (and associated activities) developed by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) to identify the areas that are key to the practice of lifestyle medicine. These competencies should be supported by any model being considered for lifestyle medicine.
