ACLM - Full Plate Diet Program Revision Update

American College of Lifestyle Medicine, with the support of the Ardmore Institute of Health, aims to revise the Full Plate Diet group curriculum and materials for better relevance to an African-American audience. The Full Plate Diet program has been successfully used in a variety of settings to support adults in shifting towards a more high-fiber, plant-predominant diet.

Two specific churches, Jordan River Ministries (Washington, DC) and Lehigh Seventh-day Adventist Church (Lehigh, FL), committed to engage with focus groups and give input on the materials, with a virtual session of the program set to run at both churches in winter, 2021.
