Tammy

I researched Full Plate Living, and I inhaled the videos. Once you learn the very basics of the program, it is so easy. I literally cut my triglycerides in half. Almost did the same for my LDL. In 5 months, I lost 20 pounds doing Full Plate Living, and I’ve kept it off for over a year now. So, you can lose the weight, you can.”

Katie

“My lifestyle medicine doctor is the one who recommended Full Plate. My A1C right before putting it all together was 10, and my last A1C was 6.4 on no medicine. It’s free. It’s effective. It works. I’ve got not only my life back, but a life I love.”
