Full Plate Living helps people add more whole, unprocessed fiber foods to meals they’re already eating. It’s a small-step approach that can lead to big health outcomes. 

Full Plate Living is certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is available as a Shared Medical Appointment program for clinicians, a facilitated group program, and a self-guided online program. 

The Full Plate Living Shared Medical Appointment is ideal for clinicians interested in effectively and efficiently implementing Lifestyle Medicine in their clinical practice.
