New York Times Email Newsletter Promotes Sustainable Healthy Eating Resolutions

There’s so much AIH wants to cheer for in this New York Times Morning Email feature section. For example, “the overall picture has been remarkably consistent for years. A healthy diet revolves around mostly unprocessed foods, like vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, whole grains, fish and some meat.” If that sounds familiar, it’s basically the same message Full Plate Living has been sharing for years - a high-fiber plant focused plate is where the health is.

Continuing to align with AIH thinking, “rules are important, but it can be exhausting counting every beverage, snack and meal.” Exactly! That’s why Full Plate Living created the 75% plate, a method for filling your plate that’s easy and not exhausting.

As you’re prioritizing health this year remember Full Plate Living is a free service of Ardmore Institute of Health and can help you make a healthy approach to nutrition doable.
