Full Plate Living’s Free Nutrition Programs Provided at No Cost

Ardmore Institute of Health is proud to share Full Plate Living’s nutrition and healthy lifestyle programs. They’re provided as a free nutrition resource for people looking to live healthier lives.

Full Plate Living helps people add more whole, unprocessed foods to meals they’re already eating. It’s a small-step approach that can lead to big health outcomes. There are 3 ways to share Full Plate Living:

  1. Self-guided membership - Send people to fullplateliving.org where they’ll get courses focused on nutrition, weight loss, and diabetes. They’ll also get many resources, including live workshops, recipes, and support.

  2. Free Kits for Facilitating Small Groups - Perfect for hosting groups in person or online.

  3. Shared Medical Appointment Program - A free 8-session program for clinicians to use & bill for in their practice.
