UCF Medical Students Learn How to Use Food as Medicine Thanks to AIH Grant

University of Central Florida medical students are learning how to guide their patients to eat for better health. The elective focuses on food as medicine — how a patient’s diet can lead to disease and also help with healing.

A grant from the Ardmore Institute of Health supported the course.
