Now Available in Spanish: Full Plate Living Shared Medical Appointment Program and Group Program
Ardmore Institute of Health (AIH) is delighted to announce that the Full Plate Living Shared Medical Appointment Program and Group Program are now available in Spanish!
Full Plate Living is an experience-centered, evidence-based nutrition program that has helped hundreds of thousands of people and is offered free of cost by AIH. Full Plate Living uses small-step behavior change to help people add more whole, unprocessed fiber foods to their meals. This approach promotes achievable and sustainable lifestyle changes that can result in big health benefits for patients.
The Full Plate Living Shared Medical Appointment Program equips physicians, who often lack the necessary time and support, to effectively educate patients on the power of healthy lifestyle habits. Using presentation-ready slide decks, presenter notes, and a provider documentation note template, physicians can meet with patients in a group setting and bill insurance for their time.
