Michelle Jones, BA

FULL PLATE LIVING PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Michelle Jones earned her Bachelor’s in Biology and Chemistry from Southern Adventist University and joined Ardmore Institute of Health soon after. As the Program Coordinator for Full Plate Living, she ensures program materials are clear, practical, and accessible for everyone. She is also an integral member of the team that developed, and continues to refine, the Full Plate Living products, which emphasize adding more whole, unprocessed, fiber-rich foods to the diet as a foundation for whole health. In her current role, Michelle leads the monthly Full Plate Living workshops, bringing together experts in lifestyle medicine to provide the Full Plate community with encouraging, evidence-based education.

Michelle’s passion for lifestyle medicine comes from her own personal health journey. After being diagnosed with PCOS in her early twenties, she embraced a high-fiber diet, regular movement, stress-management practices, and consistent sleep habits. These sustainable lifestyle changes helped her reverse the effects of PCOS and build a strong foundation for her long-term health, guiding her confidently through each new season of life.
