Elliot is the Director of Mission & Spiritual Care at AdventHealth Fish Memorial. Prior to this, he served as the manager of the Spiritual Care department at Kettering Main Hospital. Before that, he served as the associate pastor at the Kettering Adventist Church. He was ordained as a minister in the SDA church in 2002. He holds a MSW degree and has experience as an individual and group therapist. He is married to Jacqueline, and they have two children (Chloe and Cole).
