In this workshop, Linda Shiue, MD, will demonstrate how grain bowls can transform mealtime into a simple, delicious, and nutritious experience. Participants will learn how to prep once and enjoy balanced, fiber-rich meals all week long, helping them boost overall well-being, manage chronic conditions, and support weight goals.

About the Presenter: Linda Shiue, MD, is an internal, lifestyle, and culinary medicine physician and professionally trained chef. She is the director of culinary medicine and lifestyle medicine at Kaiser Permanente, where she founded a teaching kitchen for patients and a consultation service in lifestyle and culinary medicine and created a culinary medicine elective.
