What is Full Plate Living?

Full Plate Living is a research-based, experience-centered nutrition program that helps people add more whole, unprocessed fiber foods to their meals.

“I am more mindful of what I am eating. I am making better choices. The program has helped me lose 40 pounds over the year my A1C has dropped to a healthy range. My medications have been reduced by 4. It has taught me to be kinder to myself. The program provides wonderful support. I am very grateful that I found Full Plate Living.” — Full Plate Living Member
